The bill was before the Senate on reconsideration. The question to be reconsidered: "Shall SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 257(FIN) "An Act relating to and extending the pilot program for state procurement and electronic commerce tools; and providing for an effective date" pass the Senate?" The question being: "Shall the effective date clause be adopted?"
